These rooms are fully equipped with amenities such as tables, chairs, network-connected LCD TVs and whiteboards. Students need to reserve these rooms in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts.

    • Before using a group study room, visitors must register with the library staff.
    • This service is available from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Each group can use the room for up to 2 hours and must adhere to the following service guidelines:
    • Groups must consist of at least 2 members.
    • Rooms must be reserved in advance.
    • Punctuality is required when using the room.
    • Rooms must be left clean and organized after use.

    • The library offers eBook delivery services to support online learning. If you encounter difficulties finding materials or reference books, contact the library for assistance.

    • The library provides printing and photocopying services to make studying at the university easier and more convenient.
    • Users can use the library’s computers to print documents, create, and edit content.
    • Photocopying services are also available for copying documents, ID cards, etc.
    • Payment method?
      To pay for services, visitors should contact the library staff. If there are any issues, please reach out to the library staff for support.
    • How much does it cost?
      Printing/Photocopying: 500 VND per A4 page (black and white)
      Printing/Photocopying: 1,000 VND for 2 or more A4 pages (black and white)
  • Readers enter the library stacks to choose the materials they wish to borrow, then bring them to the circulation desk to complete the borrowing process.
  • Readers must use their school-issued card (Student, Faculty, or Staff ID) to borrow materials.
  • It is not permitted to use someone else’s card or to lend your card to others for borrowing purposes.
  • Borrowing limits and duration:
    • Students: May borrow up to 3 items per transaction, with a maximum borrowing period of 2 weeks. This can be extended for an additional 2 weeks (excluding holidays).
    • Faculty/Staff: May borrow up to 5 items, with a maximum borrowing period of 3 weeks. This can be extended for an additional 2 weeks (excluding holidays).
  • Readers are required to inspect the condition of the materials before leaving the borrowing area. If any damage, such as torn pages, missing barcodes, or notes, is found and not reported, readers may be subject to fines according to Library Regulations.
  • Bags and personal items must be placed in designated areas. Readers are responsible for their own valuable belongings, as the library does not assume responsibility for personal property.
