The Faculty of Economics and Management trains and provides human resources in five majors: Accounting, Finance – Banking, Business Administration, Marketing and Logistics and Supply Chain Management. The faculty’s lecturers has in-depth knowledge and rich experience, with many instructors coming from businesses. Notably, some faculty members are graduates of prestigious universities both in Vietnam and abroad, offering students an international-standard learning environment, proficiency in foreign languages, and the acquisition of essential skills for adapting to the digital transformation era.

Students are equipped with a strong foundation in foreign languages with native-speaking instructors, along with liberal arts skills, an open learning environment, and opportunities to showcase their abilities and strengths. With comprehensive strategic partners such as HDBank and other major banks and companies like ACB, Maritime Bank, VietCapital Bank, VinGroup, and Hyundai in the Central and Central Highlands regions, the Faculty of Economics and Management receives extensive support from these entities.

The faculty frequently organizes international conferences and seminars, such as the Digital Transformation in the Digital Economy Conference (DXDE), and collaborates with NGOs like PUM Netherlands to update the knowledge and skills of faculty members, administrative staff, and department leaders, thereby enhancing the quality of the faculty’s output.

The Accounting program offers a curriculum closely aligned with real-world work, featuring elements such as: 100% of instructors having at least 5 years of experience in accounting in the business sector; an English proficiency graduation standard of IELTS 5.0; a shortened training period of 3.5 to 4 years; and the option to choose a minor or dual major, providing broader career opportunities.

The Accounting program includes two specializations: Corporate Accounting and Auditing, with regular updates on international accounting standards such as GAAP and IFRS. Accounting students are not only proficient in their field through the close, detailed sharing of instructors but also have many opportunities for internships and employment immediately after graduation.

The Finance and Banking program offers significant employment advantages after graduation with skills in digital technology, data analysis, and digital transformation in banking. Students are specially invited to participate in The Next Banker program at ACB, with salaries comparable to those of employees.

The Finance – Banking program includes two specializations: Digital Banking and Financial Technology. The training emphasis is on applying technology in the field, using digital tools for in-depth, effective analysis. This focus helps students acquire standout skills compared to other programs, providing a wide range of job options upon graduation.

The Business Administration program focuses on adapting to the digital age to choose jobs rather than just applying for them. It combines academic knowledge with practical application, ensuring that students are well-prepared for their careers. Adaptation to the digital era is achieved through extensive and continuous practical training, enhancing leadership, communication, management, marketing, and project management skills. Students gain practical experience through simulation projects, real-world activities with businesses, and programs like HR management seminars, career counseling, and entrepreneurship, allowing them to test their capabilities and experience the business environment from the classroom.

The program includes specializations such as: Entrepreneurship Management, Digital Marketing, Multimedia Communication Management, and Real Estate Business. This diversity in specializations offers students flexible options according to industry needs and focuses on digital skills to meet the demands of integrating digital transformation into business activities.

Marketing students at TBD University are trained in specialized knowledge such as: market analysis; creating and managing viral marketing campaigns; brand management, and promotion strategies. In addition, they are given the opportunity to fully develop their creative thinking and keen sense of awareness.

Career opportunities in the marketing industry are diverse and vast, including positions such as: digital marketing specialist, content creator, public relations officer, market analyst, and more.

Students of logistics and supply chain management program at TBD University spend over 40% of their time gaining practical experience in business environments, with the school guaranteeing job placement upon graduation.

Alongside academic knowledge in the classroom and hands-on experience in the industry, extracurricular and academic activities at the university help students broaden their understanding and quickly stay updated on the latest industry trends.
