She earned her Ph.D. in Tourism from the University of Algarve, Portugal, achieving the highest distinction of “Distinction and Praise.” Prior to that, she completed an MBA in Hotel and Tourism Management at Queen Margaret University.
Her research topics revolve around subjects such as the Sharing Economy (Airbnb), Consumer Behavior, eWOM (electronic Word of Mouth), Sustainable Tourism, Tourism and Quality of Life, and Health Tourism. Her studies have been published in top international journals like the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Technology, Consumer Behavior in Tourism and Hospitality, and Anatolia.
With nearly 10 years of teaching experience at universities in Vietnam, she also instructs international students on soft skills. Her openness, enthusiasm, and utilization of diverse teaching methods create a comfortable learning environment, encouraging critical thinking and lifelong learning skills among students.
She is dedicated to equipping students in the Faculty of Tourism with competitive and up-to-date knowledge and skills. Post-graduation, she aims for students to swiftly adapt and thrive in the hotel and tourism industry.
