He consistently adheres to higher education regulations and the educational philosophy of Thai Binh Duong university to build a reliable and effective education system. He plays a supportive role for the Board of Directors in ensuring sustainable development in the quality of human resources, while also ensuring efficient operation and coordination among the various units within the University.
