He graduated with a specialization in Korean Studies from Dong A University (Busan, South Korea) and has over 9 years of working experience in South Korea. During this time, he engaged in teaching at Youngsan University and held a managerial position at Dong Oh Company based in Busan.
M.A. Hoai Nam always focuses on an educational philosophy that places the competence and emotions of the learners at the core. He believes that a happy and experiential educational environment provides the best conditions for student development. Therefore, he continuously strives to create an interactive educational environment that encourages creativity while ensuring emotional and spiritual growth for students.
Under his leadership, the Center for Korean Studies at Thai Binh Duong University has become a reputable hub for teaching and research in Korean Studies. He not only contributes expertise but also facilitates student experiences with Korean culture through extracurricular activities and interactions with the culture and history of Korea.
