She has extensive experience in training and advising on gender policies for schools, businesses, youth organizations, and women, aiming to create a diverse environment that respects differences and promotes social engagement among youth, students, and schoolchildren. Her teaching and research topics revolve around issues in literature and indigenous culture.
Some projects she has been involved in under the sponsorship of the European Union and the US Consulate General include: the Youth Integrity Champions (YIC) program under the “Leadership for Integrity in Transparent Vietnam” (LIFT VIETNAM) project; the “Towards the Universal Ratification and Domestication of ILO C190” project focusing on ending violence and harassment in the workplace; the “Gender Equality Across Vietnam Industries” project; Project Leader for the Gender Spring School project; Technical advisor for “The Beauty of Gender Inclusion in Career Orientation” project.
